Sitting is an action that consumes less energy and, it leads to a lot of health issues. It causes health issues such as high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and weight gain.

Sitting has effects on mental health as well. It has been confirmed that long hours of sitting leads to anxiety and depression.

To reduce the dangers of sitting, you can try a few of these steps:

  • Stand up and move around every 30 minutes after sitting.
